Bartending is in my blood...
My Grandfather came off the boat from Greece in the 1950's; and made a living from this craft.. Not only did I inherit his first name, but also his art of the party.. Bartending.. I form of therapy to all, including the bartender. A way to enjoy life while making a living... Responsibly, of course.. Having a degree in Communications helps me on the day to day, when working with new customers. I have twenty plus (20+) years of FOH and BOH Restaurant and Bar experience, and I'm not afraid to use it :-)
